The ANACONDA™ protocol isn't designed just to maximize anabolic responses in muscle. That's not good enough. We wanted to drastically amplify the magnitude and rate of every muscle-producing physiologic response. We wanted to push human physiology into the realm of superhuman.

Christian Thibaudeau's Accidental Experiment

Christian recently began testing a super-advanced training protocol he and Tim had in the works, which actually had him training not twice but three times per day, six days per week.
